A well-trained dog is a devoted companion and a pleasure to live with. An untrained dog is a liability.
Start training NOW while your puppy is young. Private, in-home training starts you out on the right foot without all of the distractions of a puppy class. You don't have to wait until your puppy has had all of his/her shots to begin training.

An eight week old puppy can learn sit, look, down, stay, come, go to your bed, out and off in just four weeks with in-home training. I also teach a 100% reliable recall.
I can help with behavioral issues as well. Housebreaking, mouthiness, crate training and destructive behavior can all be addressed.
Train on your schedule, no missed classes - reasonable rates.
No time to train? I can train your dog while you are at work.
Having a Baby? I can help create a program to get your dog prepared for baby's arrival in order to avoid any behavioral issues when you bring your little one home.
I offer a discount for dogs adopted from a Shelter or Rescue Group. I use positive (reward based) training. No choke chains or prong collars.
I worked at the Connecticut Humane Society training and evaluating Shelter dogs and conducted behavioral consultations. I also taught dog training classes at Tails-U-Win in Manchester, Connecticut and at the Humane Society.
