Ernest, our Tonkinese cat and his pal Socks need loving homes.

We have to find new homes for both Ernest and in addition, a second youngster named Socks. They don’t have to go to a new home together.
It breaks our hearts to give them up but we have a granddaughter who is extremely allergic to cats.
Ernest is a 4 year old Tonkinese male who is very friendly, loves people and has lots of personality. He looks very much like a dark Siamese. He has been in our family since he was 10 weeks old.
Socks is about 1 1/2, a very cute grey and white striped short hair As a homeless kitten he started following Ernest around and now comes in the house to eat and sleep. Sometimes in the evenings he will venture upstairs to sit on my lap, at which time he loves to be stroked and petted. Socks is very shy since he retains some of his wild nature. He seems most comfortable outside, though is spending more and more time in the house. We have enjoyed earning his trust and seeing him respond to loving lap time.
Both Ernest and Socks are very healthy, have been neutered and have had their shots.
